Alexander Calder’s Flamingo is a 53 foot tall sculpture weighing 50 tons located in Federal Plaza in the Chicago Loop at the intersection of West Adams Street and South Dearborn Street. The sculpture was constructed in 1973 and unveiled to the public on October 25, 1974.
